As you know MV, Italians don't do Breakfast, they do "Cappuccino and Brioches" normally at the local BAR...

But then they have at least 1 hour for a proper lunch...while as you may know, in US or UK you normally do not get more than 20min..

What you eat in 20 min.??

Ok, in Switzerland is the same: we don't have a lot of time like in italy, but at least 40 minutes

Breakfast? For me only lunch and dinner, I don't have other freetime...

But when I need a break in the afternoon, I eat a piece of chocolate: of course, I live in Switzerland

The typical lunch in Uk is Sandwich and crisps... and eventually a chocolate bar...

I prefer a salad or a soup....but most of the time i skip it...
