Well I have a friend who works for MV and she told me that Brutale is the only model build following high standard rules, while the F4 line (750 and 1000) are build... "Ducati style" (something like "oh, so these cranckshaft series don't match our parameters... who cares, let's use 'em anyway..." )

What a shame, such a magnificent motorcycle... they've had cash shortage in the past, but they should be ok now.
But I don't understand why they would use parts which are outside their allowed parameters, unless they are internally built and substitution means monetary loss.

In my opinion, the 998 and F4 are the two most beautiful motorcycles ever built (thank you Mr. Tamburini...); I have ridden both and they are a perfect example of the passion with which Italians design and build motorcycles...
