Sorry for the delay in receiving your item, but as I'm sure you are aware, the UK Royal Mail is in a bit of a mess at the moment.
I assure you your item has been posted on time, but is more than likely sat in the system somewhere.
There has been industrial action for several weeks in certain Royal Mail departments, so no doubt they are still trying to catch up.
Our local depot (Liverpool) have only just gone back to work after 10 days unofficial strike.
The item should be with you soon...
If there was anything moreI could do, I would, but it looks like we have to sit and wait it out.
Sorry again, and I will let you know if I hear any more news.
