I know that "have made" (present perfect simple ?) means the action began in the past and continue to the present or situation that happened in a period of time from the past to the presente ... and "made" (past simple ?) means finished actions or situation in the past .

Is correct ?

meglio se te lo spiego in italiano:
la differenza fra present perfect e simple past è, in linea generale, quella che tu hai descritto però, il problema dell'inglese è che spesso non segue le regole ma si basa su "patterns" ovvero schemi, e gli schemi spesso non tengono conto delle regole.
In questo caso però io ho interpretato la tua frase come "potrei essermi sbagliato" per cui tu ti riferisci a qualcosa che è già avvenuto e siccome "might" è un modale che esprime con la stessa forma semplice il passato ma anche il condizionale, per riuscire a dare l'idea dello svolgimento dell'azione antecedente al momento in cui parli (o scrivi) devi aggiungere l'ausiliare avere.
quindi l'alternativa che hai è:
I might make a mistake = potrei sbagliarmi (forse mi sbaglio)
I might have made a mistake = potrei essermi sagliato (forse mi sono sbagliato)
In ogni caso, might deve essere sempre seguito dall'infinito senza "to"
Tanto è vero che le frasi del tipo Avrei potuto/dovuto fare, in inglese vengono trasformate in Potrei/dovrei aver fatto
